Mark holds the Martindale-Hubbell "AV" peer review rating, which reflects the highest rating for legal ability and general ethical standards. He also has been voted a Minnesota Super Lawyer, chosen from the top five percent of practicing attorneys in Minnesota.
His earlier background includes service in the United States Peace Corps in Malaysia. He also was a math statistician with the Bureau of Labor Statistics in Washington, D.C.
