Michael C. Lindberg

President and managing partner of the firm, Michael has tried cases in both state and federal court. He represents clients throughout the upper Midwest.

He was among the first lawyers in Minnesota certified as a Civil Trial Specialist, a group of less than one percent of Minnesota attorneys.

Michael speaks at Continuing Legal Education and Continuing Insurance Education seminars. He has delivered speeches and participated in mock trials at National Institutes sponsored by the American Bar Association and the SMU Air Law Symposium.

Michael's topics of discussion typically focus on the areas of aviation, excess and surplus lines, and property insurance.

Among his published works are Limitations on Governmental Liability in Minnesota Law, Minnesota Defense (1986); The Heat's On After the Fire: To Rebuild or Not To Rebuild - The Big Question for Fire Insurers, The Brief (1987); and Priorities of Coverage, Minnesota Insurance Law Deskbook.

Michael holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, and in several consecutive years has been voted a Minnesota Super Lawyer, chosen from the top five percent of attorneys practicing in Minnesota. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
