Following his graduation from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2009, Rick Houghton volunteered with Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services where he represented low-income clients in rental repair, eviction, and tenant remedy action cases. He then received a post-graduate fellowship from the University of Minnesota Law School to continue working at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services until May 2010. During his fellowship, he served as second chair in a Federal predatory-lending trial. Rick joined Johnson & Lindberg in May 2010.
