Roger L. Rowlette
Roger has lectured on issues of police civil liability and has served as a mediator in various matters, and as an arbitrator in the Minnesota Automobile No-Fault system. He holds the Martindale-Hubbell "AV" peer review rating, which reflects the highest rating for legal ability and general ethical standards.
Roger was a member of William Mitchell Law Review from 1980-82, and served as editor spanning 1981-1982.
