Following his graduation from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2009, Rick Houghton received a post-graduate fellowship with Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, where he served as second chair in a federal court predatory-lending trial.

He joined Johnson & Lindberg in June of 2010, where he litigates the following:
